Original Vintage MGM Movie Still Photo (8x10) Clark Gable, Joan Crawford (1936)

“Love on the Run” is a 1936 MGM romantic comedy about a runaway bride & an undercover news reporter having similarities to “It Happened One Night” & stars Clark Gable & Joan Crawford,. It is the 7th of 8 cinematic collaborations between Crawford & Gable during the 1930’s.

This vintage “Love on the Run” movie publicity still photo (8 1/4” x 10 1/4”) is in very good condition. It really captures the chemistry between Gable and Crawford that led to MGM casting them in so many movies together at or near the peak of their stardom. Since this is an original, almost 90 year old vintage still photo, it is bound to have some slight imperfections, particularly around edges as routinely found in vintage photographs. The tiny black dot on iGable's forehead near his hairline is a printing defect. The images of 2 of MGM’s biggest stars, Gable & Crawford are excellent. There are some minor border defects and other minor marks or creases in the border likely acquired th rough handling.
